What is an “active flying member”?

A member whose club membership permits holding a reservation that month. Social, lapsed, instructor-only, and admin-only accounts do not count toward your bill.

Pricing FAQ

Why per-member, not per-aircraft?
Flying clubs scale with people who can book — not with hangar count. A four-aircraft club with 80 active members needs more seat than a two-aircraft club with 20. Aircraft-only pricing undercharges busy clubs and overcharges quiet ones.
Who counts as an active flying member?
Anyone with an active membership that permits holding a reservation that month. Social, lapsed, instructor-only, and admin-only accounts are free.
What happens past 10 included members?
Every plan includes 10 active flying members. Each additional member is $3/month on every plan — so a bigger tier never costs less than a smaller one for the same roster.
Do you take a cut of payments?
No. Card and ACH processing pass through at Stripe’s rate with no RunUp markup. You pay Stripe; RunUp’s fee is the subscription above.
Why 60 days free?
Migration and a parallel billing cycle take more than two weekends. Sixty days is enough to load data, verify invoices, and cut over without rushing the board.
Are there migration fees?
Assisted import of your schedule, members, and rates is included in the trial. We tell you up front if a source format needs custom work.
Can we change or cancel?
Yes. Change plans as the club grows; cancel with export of your data. We don’t hold CSV hostage.
Non-profit or EAA/AOPA chapter discount?
Ask on the demo or signup — we work with 501(c)(3) clubs and chapter affiliates case by case.
